There are two adult specific ballet classes at two different levels. Monday nights for first-time, beginning ballet students wanting to learn the fundamentals of technique, body awareness, stretch, and conditioning. Friday mornings for adults with a basic knowledge of ballet who want a full ballet class from barre to across the floor!
Tap is offered on Friday nights for ages 10+ and is one of our most popular adult classes!
Any class that listed as age+ means grown ups can attend!
